Due to the unique nature of each repair, we are unable to provide an exact estimate via email or phone. It is best to see the jewelry piece in person to accurately assess your repair needs. Sometimes, a small repair, such as replacing a broken prong, can actually be a warning sign of a much larger repair such as a head replacement. Please feel free to bring in any repair work in question. We gladly provide complimentary estimates on all repairs.
